The VP of Digital Marketing Demand Generation will be a critical member of the sales and marketing executive team that will focus on architecting and executing marketing campaigns across sales channels designed to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. This person will closely align with the company’s sales team to build measurable key performance indicators designed to support driving revenue objectives.  The position will be measured by critical measures such as qualified lead volume, cost per qualified lead, customer acquisition costs by channel and ultimately sales growth.  This individual will be the most senior owner of demand generation (marketing) in the company. 

 The ideal candidate will have a passion for combining strategic thinking and leveraging technology (preferably HubSpot and SalesForce) to automate a focused customer acquisition plan.  The marketing leader will also plan, coordinate and execute all marketing content utilizing the deep knowledge input from thought leaders across the organization. In addition, this person will be responsible for developing campaign and targeting strategies across market segments and geographies to drive a highly quantitative and metrics driven.  In summary, this person will own the entire marketing plan, calendar and tactics to drive target sales growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Develop annual strategic and tactical marketing plans that are consistent with GHRR’s high growth agenda driving new customer acquisition

·         Work with content experts to drive the development of relevant content across all marketing mediums

·         Develop, communicate and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar that will coordinate all lead development actions across the company.

·         Develop multi-touch, multi-channel marketing plans that align with exceeding revenue goals around acquiring new customers.

·         Deliver monthly business reviews through tracking program results, measuring program success, ROI, and key reporting metrics.

·         Execute demand generation programs designed to drive revenue across various buying personas and corporate vertical and geographic segments.

·         Analyze marketing results and implement refinements based on learning.

·         Align demand gen programs with overall corporate and partner programs.

·         Create and own a lead nurturing strategy focused on net-new customers.

·         Ensure responsible, timely spending against established annual operating budgets which encompass internal and external initiatives.

·         Support the process of identifying strategic trade-shows, and execution support of these and other more vertical lead development initiatives.



PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Minimum of 10 years’ experience with demonstrated results in demand generation B2B marketing

·         Ability to work across the spectrum of marketing activities, from strategic development to tactical execution consistent with a growth company environment

·         Deep expertise in building and executing demand generation campaigns focused on driving marketing and revenue funnel metrics

·         Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to measure performance, evaluate results, and implement necessary adjustments

·         Deep Marketing Automation expertise (preferably HubSpot)– campaign creation, reporting, analytics and integration between systems

·         Strong ability to write, analyze, and appropriately adjust the various components (subject, content and call to action) of all  marketing vehicles.

·         Ability to communicate across organizations to sales, product management, and professional services

·         Excellent organizational skills with the ability to run multiple projects, manage diverse teams and meet deadlines.
