Salesforce Automation Administrator

This position will primarily be responsible for providing support and ongoing development of the company's Salesforce and HubSpot environments. The Salesforce Automation Administrator will work closely with functional leaders and other technical experts to develop and deploy solutions to meet the growing needs of the organization. This position will involve troubleshooting problems within the Salesforce.com and HubSpot platforms and its various integrations, as well as working on the appropriate resolutions. This person will report to the Director of Digital Marketing to work closely and align with the company’s Professional Services, Finance, IT and Client Success teams to execute business priorities.

RESPONSIBILITES: (What you’ll do)

·        Serves as primary administrator for the Salesforce environment, and related applications

·        Handles basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks

·        Ensures Salesforce production and Sandbox environments are properly updated and maintained

·        Conducts training on Salesforce functionality when required

·        Maintains end-user guides, release notes and all support documentation, including tracking bugs, enhancements and features

·        Partners with leadership to recommend solutions to business needs based upon on-going research into new system features and functionality

·        Partners with developers and vendors to ensure business requirements are fully implemented, thorough testing is complete, and system quality maintained

·        Effectively manages projects including project timelines, resource allocation, communication, risk identification and management and other issues

·        Maintains functionality and enhancements for integrated systems

·        Provides support to Salesforce users

·        Works off-hours on troubleshooting and system upgrades when required

·        Using the declarative and programmatic capabilities, configure and extend Salesforce and marketing automation platforms to address requirements for integration or business processes

·        Collaborate with enterprise, security and data architects to ensure proper governance and compliance with standards and best practices

·        Manage system documentation, including but not limited to - technical interface diagrams, application support reference guides as well as enterprise application portfolio related artifacts

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (What you’ve done)

·        Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud and on-premise systems -by using vendor provided packages and connectors OR leveraging available APIs such as SOAP and REST

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills - especially related to technical design artifacts and solution option presentation to both business and technology stakeholders

·        Desire to be part of a growing team that is leveraging next generations of Salesforce and marketing automation platforms

·        Passion to drive delivery of strategic projects and key initiatives to enhance customer engagement and experience with Global HR Research

·        Good understanding of marketing platforms that support lead generation, campaign/program management, sales enablement, customer journey mapping, KPI tracking, ROI

·        Provide best practice guidance and governance support to IT and business stakeholders for effective management of the marketing automation and Salesforce platform

·        Ensure timely completion of project milestones and adherence to scope, budget and timeline

•      Key differentiators: Salesforce system and/or application architect certifications

·        Experience implementing and/or supporting HubSpot

EXPERIENCE/OTHER:

·        5 + years of hands-on technical experience with Salesforce and HubSpot platforms - configuration as well as development

·        On-site position based in Fort Myers, FL or Manchester, NH

·        Combination of experience and education considered; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
