GHRR is looking for entry level Sales Development Representatives. This role is a entry level position tasked with helping the GHRR sales team target and set appointments for clients in need of our solutions!

As a Sales Development Representative you will be prospecting and developing a pipeline of leads and prospective sales targets to add to our growing client base of over 4000+ clients! What you’ll do:

· Build a territory plan consisting of: a) target accounts b) channel partnerships c) personal pipeline generation tactics

· Outbound prospecting, including 50+ calls/day as well as emailing campaigns

· Qualify prospects' needs and effectively map them to GHRR’s product offerings

· Schedule demonstrations with our Business Development Team, and assist in guiding the process to help close the prospect

· Become an industry expert and develop product mastery

· Consistently achieve (and exceed!) quarterly sales quotas and goals
