Client Care Representative – Manchester, New Hampshire

Why is the Client Care Representative position so Important?

The Client Care Representative is the face of Global HR Research to our clients and is responsible for assisting them and their teams on a day to day basis. This position reports directly to the Client Care Manager, and is a Monday through Friday position, with the occasional need for overtime. This position is located in Manchester, NH.

What are the responsibilities of the Client Care Representative?

Take ownership of client requests and respond accurately within specified time frames.

Educate clients on GHRR processes and systems.

Identify service opportunities and provide solutions.

Escalate client impacting issues to the appropriate GHRR department following proper escalation procedures.

Demonstrate knowledge in best business practices and all regulations that may affect clients.

What skills are required to be a Client Care Representative?

Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.

Critical thinking skills.

Knowledge and utilization of Microsoft Office products.

Professional phone techniques and etiquette.

Ability to type while speaking on the telephone for documentation purposes.

Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.

Exceptional time management.

Passion and enthusiasm to interact with clients.

What experience are you required to have?

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Client Care in roles with progressive levels of responsibility

• A degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
