KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Program ownership, including planning, identifying dependencies, schedules, budgeting, risk assessment, resource planning and management, and tracking related program activities
- Responsible for communicating program risks, status, changes in scope, schedule and expenses regularly to key stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional teams to deliver based on product requirements and customer expectations
- Create an inclusive work environment where every team member can speak freely, be transparent, and are motivated to deliver their best work
- Manage hardware, software and systems execution threads to deliver a complete product to the market
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors’ or Masters’ Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering
- 10 or more years of relevant experience in a semiconductor or systems company and 5 or more years of experience as a Program Manager
- Ability to understand PRD and MRD and work with the team to build a schedule
- Proficiency in ASIC development workflow including hands-on experience in one or more of the following domains: Architecture, RTL design, Design Verification, Physical Design, Layout, post-silicon Validation/Characterization, Product or Test Engineering
- Knowledge of software-related activities that goes into building and releasing silicon or large hardware systems
- Experience in solving technical problems in pre-silicon or post-silicon environment
- Program management and analytical skills, ability to organize information for internal and external consumption
- Expert knowledge of program management tools
The expected base salary range for this full-time position is$160,000 to $200,000. The base salary offered will be based on a candidate’s relevant experience to the job role, location, education, experience level, and skill set. In addition to base salary, we offer 401K, Unlimited PTO, Health insurance, and Stock Options.
