*This is a Full-Time position based in our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office.
What You Will Do
The Client Portfolio Specialist supports ARK’s Client Portfolio Management functions and assists with select CEO-related activities tied to client engagement and external meetings. This role is designed for a professional with a solid foundation in finance or client service who is looking to grow their experience working closely with senior leadership, the investment/research team, and external stakeholders.
The Specialist partners work with senior team members to support client communications, portfolio reporting, meeting coordination, and executive logistics. The role includes dedicated travel with CEO and Founder, Cathie Wood, to assist with preparation, materials, and follow-up related to client and partner engagement.
Your Responsibilities
Client & Portfolio Support
- Support responses to inbound client and prospect inquiries in coordination with senior team members
- Assist in preparing client-facing materials, presentations, and portfolio commentary using established templates and guidance
- Help compile monthly and quarterly portfolio and performance reports
- Attend internal portfolio or research meetings to document updates and summarize key takeaways
- Maintain and update portfolio analytics and reporting tools under supervision
Meeting, Travel & Engagement Coordination
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for client meetings, conferences, and events
- Assist with roadshow and conference preparation, including materials, calendars, and follow-up tracking
- Travel with Cathie Wood, CEO and Founder, as needed to support meeting logistics, note-taking, and post-meeting follow-ups
- Track action items and ensure timely communication with internal teams
Who You Are
- Strong passion for investing, finance, and client engagement
- Interest in (but not necessarily experience in) transformative technology
- A detail-oriented, organized professional who works well in a support-focused role
- Comfortable interacting with senior leaders, clients, and external partners
- Clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal
- Proactive and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Able to exercise discretion and handle confidential information appropriately
- Flexible and willing to travel as needed in support of CEO and client engagements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance, asset management, consulting, client service, operations, or executive support
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Familiarity with financial markets and investment concepts
- Prior experience supporting senior leader or client-facing teams is preferred
