Job Summary

UltiSat is seeking a customer service oriented Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner.  This position is located in Bagram, Afghanistan.

Responsibilities

·        Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues

·        Process computer related account requests by using Remedy Ticketing System

·        Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support

·        Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources

·        Update customer data and produce activity reports

·        Walk customers through problem solving process

·        Setup and troubleshoot networked printers

·        Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution

·        Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of customer issues

Requirements

·        Proven working experience in providing help desk support

·        Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written

·        Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control

·        Basic PC/Network troubleshooting skills (IP Config, Ping, Tracert, etc)

·        Knowledge of CAC Certificate based authentication

·        Cognizant of IA Best Practices 

·        Windows 7/10 configuration experience

·        Strong client-facing and communication skills

·        Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

·        Customer service orientation

·        High School Diploma or GED equivalent
