Role Overview:
As an Account Executive - Restaurant Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling SocialCrowd’s platform to restaurants. You'll identify prospective customers, build relationships with decision-makers, and close deals that enable restaurants to streamline operations and enhance workforce productivity.
Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Identify and target restaurant owners, operators, and managers who can benefit from SocialCrowd's solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Outbound Sales: Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach activities to generate interest and secure meetings.
- Solution Selling: Understand customers' needs and challenges, and present tailored solutions that showcase the value of SocialCrowd.
- Collaborate & Report: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies and provide customer feedback to enhance the platform.
- Close Deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales with decision-makers.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically selling software and/or hardware solutions to restaurants.
- Proven Success: A track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.
- Restaurant Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the operational challenges faced by restaurants and how technology can solve them.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales technology to streamline your workflow.
- Self-Starter: You’re proactive, organized, and thrive when given autonomy to hit your goals.
