As a full-time Remote Patient Acquisition Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients from the comfort of your own home. Your primary duties include answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy during normal office hours. This remote position allows you to assist patients while adhering to strict privacy and confidentiality regulations.

This position will require formal, on-site training at our San Jose and Palo Alto locations for the first 90 days.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    1. Experience in a similar capacity involving direct communication with the public, preferably in a call center or customer service setting.
    2. High school graduate or equivalent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Call Handling: Answer incoming calls promptly, greet callers warmly, and determine their needs. Efficiently direct calls to the appropriate department or individual.
    2. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule patient appointments accurately and courteously using scheduling software.
    3. Data Verification: Verify and update patient information during each call to ensure accuracy.
    4. Customer Support: Reassure and assist callers who may experience wait times, providing information to make their experience more comfortable.
    5. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to support the overall operation of the remote call center.
    6. Knowledge of Medspa Services: Ability to provide basic information about services, such as facials, skin treatments, body treatments, and aesthetic procedures; and assist clients with inquiries in order to assign them to appropriate provider.
    7. Adaptability: Be open to performing other duties and assuming various responsibilities as required by your supervisor.
