  • Ensuring portfolio health, forecast accuracy, and delivery excellence

This leader drives delivery excellence across our PMO and ensures our projects are profitable, predictable, and exceptional. You instinctively understand what makes a project succeed and what quietly causes it to fail. You build systems. You build people. You build accountability.

  • Navigate and resolve resource conflicts across partners, project leaders, and team leaders

  • Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, operational excellence, and Team First collaboration

Portfolio Governance & Operations

  • Establish and enforce PMO standards, governance frameworks, and a delivery methodology that scales with company growth

  • Own company-wide project portfolio health, forecasting, and executive reporting

  • Drive on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery across all engagements

  • Manage and optimize consultant utilization in alignment with company financial targets

  • Own key business metrics including team utilization, gross margin, revenue per consultant, CSAT, and delivery predictability

  • Identify delivery risks early and implement corrective action at both project and portfolio levels

  • Improve UTE and Revenue forecast accuracy

  • Own weekly operational dashboards and portfolio health reporting

  • Drive consistency in milestone billing, time entry compliance, and delivery governance

Resource Management & Staffing Strategy

  • Balance staffing needs with professional development goals to ensure both business success and employee growth

  • Forecast capacity based on sales pipeline and active projects, proactively identifying hiring needs and providing recruiting recommendations to leadership

  • Partner with Consulting Leaders and Sales to align staffing strategy with account growth and expansion opportunities

  • Lead utilization and forecast reviews with executive leadership

What You Need:
