Job Summary
The Senior Technical Consultant leads the technical delivery of ServiceNow Employee Workflow projects, ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions. This role drives design, implementation, and customer engagement while mentoring junior consultants and contributing to organizational initiatives.
Job Duties & Responsibilities

Configure, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications, reports, portals, and integrations.

Lead documentation of configurations, reports, and development work.

Guide customers through executing testing scenarios and plans.

Deliver effective demonstrations of ServiceNow products and solutions across multiple services.

Maintain advanced certifications, stay current with new features, and commit to continuous learning.

Lead agile ceremonies (story grooming, stand-ups, release planning, retrospectives) and provide solution guidance.

Develop and implement release plans for ServiceNow update sets.

Lead knowledge transfer sessions with customers.

Drive Technical Consultant initiatives to improve tools and processes across the organization.

Create design documents for complex solutions and lead customer requirements discussions.

Configure and develop advanced ServiceNow features (e.g., portals, integrations, AI).

Attend and facilitate design workshops to validate requirements.

Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.

Conduct peer review testing and document test steps for complex clients.

Support project governance by documenting Risks, Issues, Decisions, Actions, and Changes (RIDAC log).

Partner with OCM on internal initiatives.

Participate in pre-sales activities as needed.

Mentor Associate Technical Consultants and Technical Consultants.
