Job Summary

The Senior Technical Consultant leads the technical delivery of ServiceNow Employee Workflow projects, ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions. This role drives design, implementation, and customer engagement while mentoring junior consultants and contributing to organizational initiatives.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Configure, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications, reports, portals, and integrations.

  • Lead documentation of configurations, reports, and development work.

  • Guide customers through executing testing scenarios and plans.

  • Deliver effective demonstrations of ServiceNow products and solutions across multiple services.

  • Maintain advanced certifications, stay current with new features, and commit to continuous learning.

  • Lead agile ceremonies (story grooming, stand-ups, release planning, retrospectives) and provide solution guidance.

  • Develop and implement release plans for ServiceNow update sets.

  • Lead knowledge transfer sessions with customers.

  • Drive Technical Consultant initiatives to improve tools and processes across the organization.

  • Create design documents for complex solutions and lead customer requirements discussions.

  • Configure and develop advanced ServiceNow features (e.g., portals, integrations, AI).

  • Attend and facilitate design workshops to validate requirements.

  • Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.

  • Conduct peer review testing and document test steps for complex clients.

  • Support project governance by documenting Risks, Issues, Decisions, Actions, and Changes (RIDAC log).

  • Partner with OCM on internal initiatives.

  • Participate in pre-sales activities as needed.

  • Mentor Associate Technical Consultants and Technical Consultants.
