Seeking: ServiceNow HR Technical Consultant

What We’re Looking For:
The Technical Consultant (TC) is a key member of our project teams who designs, develops, tests, and deploys solutions for our customers. The TC understands the need to leverage their knowledge of what works and what doesn’t work to lead customers to scalable, robust solutions. We are looking for someone with Public Trust Clearance to work on federal projects. TCs bring magic to our solutions!
Be the One to:
- Be a ServiceNow Certified Implementer
- Document configurations, reports, and development work
- Assist our customers with executing testing scenarios and plans
- Educate customers on ServiceNow products and the solutions we create for them by delivering effective demonstrations
- Engage in timely and effective written and verbal communications with customers and teammates
- Collaborate with and support your teammates
- Demonstrate understanding of technical consultant methodologies and principles
- Maintain a keen understanding of the products we implement and our customer’s business
- Maintain certifications, knowledge of new features with each release, and commit to continuous learning
- Participate in story grooming and pointing sessions and ensure your understanding of requirements and point stories
- Participate in stand-ups and sprint retrospectives and provide solution guidance to the project team
- Participate in Code Promotion activities
- Participate in sprint retrospectives by delivering well-prepared solution demonstrations
- Participate in cutover planning and develop and implementation cutover plan for solution components contained in ServiceNow update sets
- Lead Knowledge Transfer sessions with customers
- Supports TC initiatives throughout the organization

What You Need:
- 2-8 years of proven experience in the IT services/consulting industry
- 2-6 years of ServiceNow development, configuration, or maintenance experience
- Public Trust Clearance
- BS Degree or equivalent work experience
- First-class communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude
- Ability to travel up to 15% to customer locations nationally

- ServiceNow HRSD product experience is a MUST
