We’re currently hiring a skilled Senior Master TrailerTechnician to support our expanding fleet and who can manage 2 techs under him. 🔧 What You’ll Do:

As a Master Lead Tech, you’ll perform repairs and diagnostics on 53' dry van and flatbed trailers. This includes:

  • Performing standard preventive maintenance and DOT inspections

  • Diagnosing and repairing air systems, lights, electrical components

  • Replacing suspension components, tires, and wheels

  • Maintaining accurate documentation in the maintenance system

  • Keeping a clean and organized work area

  • Collaborating with other technicians and shop leadership to maintain high uptime

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of hands-on diesel repair experience

  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair software 

  • Understanding of air systems, electrical systems, and drivetrain components

  • Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks in a shop environment

  • Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset

💵 Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay Range: NAME YOUR OWN PRICE (based on experience)

  • Shift: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (occasional weekends or nights if needed)
