🔧 What You’ll Do:

As a B-Level Technician, you’ll perform intermediate-level repairs and diagnostics on Class 8 diesel trucks and trailers. This includes:

Performing standard preventive maintenance and DOT inspections
Diagnosing and repairing air brake systems, cooling systems, clutches, and minor electrical issues
Performing clutch replacements and related drivetrain work
Replacing suspension components, tires, and wheels
Performing minor engine repairs and assisting senior technicians with complex repairs
Maintaining accurate documentation in the maintenance system
Keeping a clean and organized work area
Collaborating with other technicians and shop leadership to maintain high uptime

✅ What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of hands-on diesel repair experience
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair software (Cummins Insite, etc.)
Understanding of air systems, electrical systems, and drivetrain components
Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks in a shop environment
Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset

💵 Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Range: $30–$45/hour (based on experience)
Shift: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (occasional weekends or nights if needed)
