Migway Inc. is a fast-growing logistics and transportation company known for operational excellence and a commitment to smart, scalable systems. We're currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support a one-time project aimed at building and optimizing our parts inventory system using Easy Truck Shop.

Position Overview:
This is a 3-month contract role focused on creating, inputting, and organizing truck and car parts inventory. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing automotive inventory and be ready to hit the ground running. Your work will directly contribute to the successful setup and future scalability of our maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough audit of current truck and car parts inventory

• Input and structure all inventory data in the Easy Truck Shop system

• Develop and implement standardized naming, categorization, and tracking practices

• Label, organize, and tag physical inventory items

• Collaborate with internal teams (maintenance, procurement, etc.) to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Identify gaps, duplicate entries, or inefficiencies and recommend solutions

• Ensure the inventory system updates in real-time and reflects actual usage

• Document processes for ongoing inventory management after project completion

Requirements:

• Experience with truck and car parts inventory is a must

• Hands-on experience with inventory management systems (Easy Truck Shop is a strong plus)

• High attention to detail and data accuracy

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision

• Willingness to commit to a full 3-month contract

• Comfortable working in a warehouse or shop environment as needed
