Role Overview:
As a Body Repair Technician at Migway, you’ll help maintain the quality and safety of our fleet. Your skill in repairing and restoring trucks ensures we stay dependable and road-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess damage and prepare or review repair estimates

  • Sand, prime, and paint vehicle surfaces

  • Weld and install replacement parts; grind and finish welds

  • Remove damaged sections and realign vehicle frames

  • Fill dents, smooth surfaces, and prep for painting

  • Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components as needed

  • Install windows, trim, and vinyl roofing

  • Maintain clean and organized workspaces

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Completion of a certified auto body repair/refinishing training program

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in automotive body repair

Compensation: $25 to $32 Hourly
