Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: Competitive, based on experience

MigWay’s diesel shop is growing, and we’re building a sharp, fast-moving parts team to match. We’re looking for someone who can jump in, stay organized, and help keep 270 trucks and 450 trailers on the road. If you like solving problems, staying ahead of the game, and being part of a team that gets things done — this is your lane.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Pulling and issuing parts to our mechanics

• Keeping the parts room tight — organized, stocked, and accurate

• Receiving and logging shipments

• Sourcing and picking up parts locally when needed

• Supporting the shop team by staying one step ahead on parts needs

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years in a parts or inventory role (diesel experience is a big plus)

• Solid organization and time management

• You move with urgency and don’t wait to be told what to do

• You like solving problems, not pointing them out

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
