Position: Logistics Intern

Are you a motivated, detail-oriented individual looking to kick-start your career in logistics? MigWay is seeking a Logistics Intern to join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in freight coordination, dispatch operations, and supply chain management. This is a great opportunity to learn from industry experts in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Location: Charlotte, NC (In-person)
 Internship Type: Paid Internship / Part-time or Full-time Available

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with load planning, dispatching, and freight tracking

  • Support the operations team in coordinating shipments and ensuring on-time delivery

  • Communicate with drivers, customers, and vendors to resolve issues

  • Analyze logistics data to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness

  • Gain experience with transportation management systems (TMS)

  • Perform administrative tasks to support daily logistics operations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Passion for the transportation and logistics industry

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
