Job Description – Diesel Mechanic
MigWay’s state-of-the-art Diesel Repair Shop is looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our growing team! If you have a strong background in diagnosing and repairing semi-trucks, this is your opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
Pay: $30 - $50 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
What You’ll Do:

Diagnose and repair electrical systems, AC units, turbos, water pumps, and more

Perform routine maintenance to ensure peak vehicle performance

Work independently to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues

Service a fleet of 260 semi-trucks and 350 semi-trailers

Maintain high standards of safety and efficiency in all repairs
What We’re Looking For:

At least 2 years of experience working on semi-trucks

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently
