Position Summary:
The Coordinator, Paid Media & Influencer Marketing, is responsible for supporting the strategy, execution, and optimization of integrated paid media and influencer marketing initiatives. This role works in close partnership with the Senior Planner and Supervisor to help translate client goals into effective media and influencer programs that drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about media, content, and culture, with a strong desire to grow within a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of paid media and influencer marketing campaigns that align with client objectives across beauty, aesthetics, and skincare brands.
- Assist in media planning and buying efforts, including collecting proposals, reviewing opportunities, and negotiating media buys to ensure cost efficiency and performance.
- Leverage industry tools (e.g., ComScore, MRI, other syndicated research) to inform strategic media plans and audience targeting recommendations.
- Assist in the creation of visually compelling and data-driven media recommendation decks tailored to client needs.
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance on a daily basis, proactively flagging and resolving any issues in collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Manage creative trafficking for all client campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and accurate implementation across media partners and internal teams.
- Generate campaign performance reports on a weekly cadence, offering insights and optimizations based on key KPIs and metrics.
- Collaborate with the team to develop POVs on new media and influencer opportunities, platform updates, and emerging trends.
- Maintain accurate billing records, assist with monthly reconciliations, and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely invoice processing and vendor payments.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align influencer activations with key brand moments, launches, and campaign initiatives.
- Identify and vet relevant influencers, supporting ongoing relationship management and execution of multiple collaborations each month.
- Stay current on the evolving media landscape, with an emphasis on social and influencer platforms including TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and emerging channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, digital media, or influencer marketing role (internship experience accepted).
Skills & Competencies:
- Foundational knowledge of paid media channels (programmatic, display, social, influencer, etc.) and digital media pricing models (e.g., CPM, CPC, CPA, CPCV).
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and external partners.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive learner with a passion for digital innovation, emerging trends, and influencer marketing best practices.
- Bonus: Experience with campaign tracking, paid social platforms (TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager), or influencer marketing tools/platforms.
