Client Services & Media Internship – Summer 2025

Moontide is offering a unique rotational internship designed for recent grads who want hands-on experience across both Client Services and Media Services.
For the first month, you’ll be embedded with our Project Management & Account teams, learning how campaigns are built, managed, and delivered. In the second month, you’ll rotate over to Media, getting exposure to how strategy, planning, and buying come together to drive real results.
This is the perfect role for someone who’s organized, curious, collaborative — and eager to explore both the creative and analytical sides of marketing.
What You’ll Learn:
Month 1: Client Services Focus

How a creative agency runs day-to-day

Project management basics: timelines, budgets, deliverables

How to support cross-functional teams (creative, media, strategy)

Client communication skills and professional etiquette

Tools & processes for managing digital campaigns
Month 2: Media Focus

The fundamentals of media strategy and planning

How media budgets are built and optimized

Research tools and audience targeting

Reporting, analytics, and performance measurement

Exposure to digital channels like paid social, search, display & programmatic
What You’ll Do:

Sit in on client and internal meetings

Assist with project coordination and tracking

Help update timelines, reports, and status docs

Support media planning and research tasks

Organize creative assets & campaign deliverables

Pitch in on brainstorms, audits, and strategy development

Get exposure to a wide range of clients, industries, and challenges
About You:

A recent grad or current student pursuing Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, or related fields

Curious about both client relationships and media strategy

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
-
Positive attitude, collaborative, and eager to learn

Strong written and verbal communication skills
