Position Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of integrated projects across some of our most innovative clients in the aesthetics, med spa, and medical device space. This role is responsible for driving day-to-day project execution—keeping timelines tight, teams aligned, and deliverables moving forward. While client communication is owned by the account team, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once. This is a hands-on role that involves everything from managing schedules and resources to maintaining budgets and making sure our project management tool (Teamwork) stays clean and current.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing programs across strategy, branding, creative, digital, paid media, and technology.
  
  

• Collaborate closely with internal account teams to align on project goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  
  

• Lead internal meetings and follow-ups to keep cross-functional teams organized and accountable.
  
  

• Monitor project milestones, proactively identify risks, and help remove roadblocks to maintain momentum.
  
  

• Build project estimates, maintain accurate financials, and manage projections throughout the lifecycle of each program.
  
  

• Take ownership of tactical project coordination—assigning tasks, tracking progress, updating schedules, and ensuring Teamwork reflects current status.
  
  

• Share regular program updates with internal stakeholders and support post-project reviews to identify areas for optimization.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in a creative agency or marketing environment.

• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills; able to manage budgets, track projections, and support data-driven decision-making.

• Experience working within the aesthetics, med spa, or medical device space is a plus.
  
  

• Strong understanding of the creative and digital marketing process, including paid media, content production, and brand development.
  
  

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across different teams.
  
  

• Skilled at navigating project management tools—Teamwork experience is a strong plus.
  
  

• Confident leading internal teams and working cross-functionally to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
