DIGITAL MANAGER-PAID SEARCH & SOCIAL

Moontide Agency is looking for a Digital Manager – Search & Paid Social to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is responsible for the day-to-day execution of paid search and social activity, including set-up,  testing, campaign optimization and analysis. This person will be a data-driven, highly organized digital expert with a proven track record of managing high performance digital marketing campaigns across different channels and objectives. The person in this role will need to be confident in communicating with multiple internal stakeholders and external clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Create strategies and tactical paid search and social plans that drive, engage, and convert qualified traffic.

  • Lead and execute day-to-day campaign management and strategies across search and social platforms

  • Perform daily campaign activities such as bid management, budget allocation, pacing, forecasting, performance monitoring and optimization.

  • Communicate task execution and timeline requirements.

  • Provide strategic guidance and constructive feedback to clients

  • Monitor and share industry news/trends, provide updates/success stories from our channel partners

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competences

  • 4+ years experience in digital marketing with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on platform management running and paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snapchat).

  • Experience with direct-to-consumer digital marketing as well as branding and engagement.

  • Strength in interpreting data, deriving insights, and transforming insights into action

  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously

  • Experience with performance tracking and ROI analysis

  • Ability to communicate plans and performance to multiple audiences

  • Self-driven with excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Experience with the principles of creating an advertising campaign; composing audience targeting strategies, generating ad creative for testing, and optimizing for increased ROAS.

  • Experience with SA360, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Sprinklr, and Prisma preferred 

  • Understanding of social and PPC media metrics, conversion funnels, and the ability to link results with specific elements of a broader campaign

  • U.S. citizen or legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Sponsorship is not offered

  • Currently living or relocating to CA, GA, TX, MN, or NY. Relocation reimbursement is not provided, nor are interview expenses if you’re currently not in one of the mentioned locations.
