What You’ll Do
Your job is simple: find the right MSPs, start great conversations, and help book qualified demos for the sales team.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Identify and research MSPs and MSSPs that are a great fit for Timus.
- Make 70+ outbound calls daily and use email + social outreach to drive engagement.
- Qualify prospects through discovery to understand their goals, pain points, and current security stack.
- Book high-quality demos and intro meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Build familiarity with the MSP ecosystem, cybersecurity trends, and our competitive landscape.
- Own your metrics: SALs, demos booked, opportunities created, and total pipeline influenced.
- Update all activities and lead information in HubSpot with accuracy and detail.
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to improve messaging and outreach effectiveness.
This is a high-energy, high-activity role with a ton of visibility. Your success directly impacts our growth.
What Success Looks Like
In your first 90 days, you will:
- Ramp quickly on the Timus pitch and positioning.
- Build a consistent outbound rhythm and hit daily activity goals.
- Generate high-quality SALs from MSPs across your territory.
- Book demos that convert into real pipeline.
- Become confident navigating MSP conversations and objection handling.

- Experience with HubSpot, MSPs, IT, or cybersecurity is a plus — but not required.

- Location: Must be located in Tampa Bay, Florida.
- Hybrid role: Three (3) days per week in office.
