VIE HEALING acupuncture and spa services are operating out of our flagship West Hollywood location.We are in search of an engaging, passionate, motivated and pro-active Front Desk Team Member that shares our commitment and passion to health, wellness, and community. The Front Desk Team Member is, in essence, the first face of the brand. From scheduling and greeting patients to maintaining an aesthetic work environment, our Front Desk Team Members are pivotal to our patient experience, start to finish.The Front Desk Team Member will also maintain the highest level of approachability, hospitality, and embody our warm and welcoming atmosphere. Overseeing daily office operations and maintaining friendly and professional correspondence with patients and practitioners, this person is integral in creating positive and memorable experiences for our guests.We’re a small team filled with people who genuinely care about the work we do and the people we work with, so if you’re an expert people-person who takes initiative, and is eager to grow along with our fast-paced team, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Actively build and manage relationships with new and existing patients and wellness practitioners through face-to-face, email, and phone communications

Be fully knowledgeable of brand and product line and be able to speak upon it with patients

High attention to detail.

Comfortable with multitasking and operating in a fast-paced environment.

Can handle high volume of tasks with ease, reacting calmly to changing needs.Finesse with effective communication and the ability to keep people on task.

Strong organizational skills Ambitious and responsible and can be in a lead position

Wants to grow with the company

Understanding of insurance verifications and articulating benefits to patients (will train)

Maintain continuous correspondence between practitioners and patients per individual treatment plan

Maintain best and clean spa & office practices including coordinating laundry pick up, spa and room maintenance, and inventory maintenance

Create and refine efficient processes that enhance community experience

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality as we work with sensitive information and clients

Perform all front desk duties such as greeting patients, properly completing patient transactions, scheduling appointments, weekly calendar management, auditing payment sheets & follow up with patients

Respond to patient requests in an accurate and timely manner

Qualifications:

Experience with customer service, data entry, phone management preferred Experience in health/wellness Previous experience in a similar role with office management or supervising a team preferred Relationship-builder who can take initiative, follow through, and go with the flow. Extremely organized and ability to prioritize in a busy environment.Strong understanding of brand identity and passion for the brand.Strong written and verbal communication skills and etiquette.Must be proficient in Excel, G-Suite, and familiar with appointment scheduling platforms.Positive, calm, and friendly with a can-do attitude!Has experience with:Scheduling appointments,Customer service,Emails and phone calls,Events,

Job Type: Part-time Salary: $20.00 per hour
