iMentor builds mentoring relationships that empower students in low-income communities to graduate high school, succeed in college, and achieve their ambitions. Students work with their mentors one-on-one, in-person and online, to develop strong personal relationships, nurture a college aspiration, navigate the college application process, and build critical skills that lead to college success. iMentor is seeking a Research & Evaluation Manager (REM) to support the work of the Research & Evaluation team. Reporting directly to the Director of Research & Evaluation, the REM will be responsible for maintaining, building, and improving the team’s products disseminating data within the organization. These products primarily report programmatic data to internal stakeholders on our direct service, development, and communications teams. The REM will also be responsible for ensuring that the R&E team meets reporting obligations that come through our internal ticketing system, where internal stakeholders submit data requests to the team. The REM position will also play a critical role in the creation of data sets to be used by the entire R&E team.
