General Description


We are looking for someone within a few years of university graduation who is a hard worker, extremely organized, and able to think proactively to solve problems before they arise. Given the hands-on nature of this position, this is a great way to gain work experience in multiple disciplines at an early-stage tech company. In addition, you will be interacting directly with everyone from our core team, advisors, and especially our clients.


We all work in a hybrid model from home and our Manhattan WeWork office.


The Role


The Partnership Success Coordinator position will serve as a subject-matter expert on datafuelX’s products and the media campaigns that utilize them. You will work to operationalize and streamline all aspects of campaign management alongside internal engineering, product, and sales teams in concert with external partner and client teams. Additionally, you will support the Product & Partnership Manager who works as client lead and demonstrate strong organization, time management, and collaboration skills to grow upward and take ownership of client accounts as product usage scales. 


Specific job tasks include:


  • ·      Partnership Success: Coordinate across sales, product, and engineering for customer deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
  • ·      Account Management: Assist contract pricing negotiations, drive increased client engagement with products and measure customer satisfaction with products, processes, and support.
  • ·      Client Strategy: Serve as the customer expert by translating client feedback into roadmap improvements and more significant strategic initiatives.
  • ·      Sales: Support the business development by assisting with proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • ·      Team Player & Team Builder: Being able to maintain a positive attitude while juggling numerous tasks and dealing at times with stressful people


Skills Required:


  • ·      Bachelor's Degree & 1+years of relevant post-graduate work experience or related internship required, preferably in a corporate or start-up company environment
  • ·      Excellent communication & organization skills – this is a client-facing position.
  • ·      MUST be a self-starter who combines a high level of creativity/initiative with solid organizational skills with unwavering attention to detail.
  • ·      An understanding of advanced advertising solutions, supporting linear, addressable, AVOD, and digital (cross-screen) audience ad products is a definite plus.
  • ·      Strong web and computer skills: especially Microsoft Teams and Office suite, are required. Experience with project management systems is a definite plus. 
  • ·      Effective problem solver who can work with minimal supervision yet takes direction without issue.
  • ·      Demonstrated ability to successfully interact with people in person, via email, or over the phone, to lead, persuade, and overcome challenges. 
  • ·      Ability to work in a team environment, handle multiple tasks, and complete tasks quickly and effectively.
  • ·      An upbeat attitude.
