About the role
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Marketing Analyst to help us make smarter, data-informed decisions across our app portfolio. In this role, you’ll take ownership of core performance reporting, forecasting, and insight generation, working closely with our UA, ASO, product, and data teams. You’ll not only track what’s happening, you’ll help us understand why, and what to do next.
Responsibilities

Analyze and report on marketing performance across all channels of user acquisition
Track and analyze cohort-level KPIs (retention, monetization, churn, engagement) to identify opportunities and guide optimization -
Build, refine, and maintain predictive LTV models based on cohort performance and user segmentation

Validate data integrity across platforms and ensure consistency throughout the reporting and decision-making process

Ensure data quality and consistency across sources and tools, including cohort-level analysis

Build and maintain dashboards tailored to the needs of marketing and creative teams, as well as high-level strategic dashboards for C-level stakeholders

Support A/B test design and evaluation across ads, product pages, and onboarding flows

Partner with UA teams to evaluate campaigns and guide bidding, targeting, and creative strategies

Collaborate with Data Engineers to maintain reliable and scalable data pipelines

Support the integration of new tools, acquisition channels, and user funnels to improve attribution accuracy and data completeness
Key Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a data or marketing analytics role, ideally within a mobile-first environment

Hands-on experience with cohort analysis and LTV forecasting, using behavioral and monetization data

Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and user segmentation

Advanced SQL and Python skills (with pandas or similar for cohort processing and analysis)

Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or Data Studio with cohort metric breakdowns

Familiarity with attribution frameworks and user acquisition models (including SKAN on iOS)

Comfortable working with MMPs and product analytics tools (e.g., Appsflyer, Firebase, RevenueCat)

Detail-oriented, proactive, and effective in cross-functional collaboration
