GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The VP of Sales and Marketing Strategy is responsible for driving the top line results of 360 Advanced.  This will be accomplished by deploying cutting edge marketing strategies to drive leads and opportunities existing and new service and product offerings.  The VP of Sales and Marketing Strategy is also responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospective and current clients. The VP of Sales and Marketing Strategy is responsible to meeting sales goals, negotiation, selling to customer needs, market knowledge, and developing budgets.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Go To Market Strategies / Product Development

    • The new leader will play a key role in helping guide the company to explore what new capabilities we should be pursing based on where the market is today, where they think it is going and ensuring the company is positioned properly.
    • Once new products/capabilities are identified, the new leader will be responsible for creating a go to market strategy that will accelerate growth in that area to ensure the company sees return on its investment.


    Market Research and Planning:

      • The company understands more today than ever what the ideal engagements are based on client success, financial outcomes, and our own capabilities.  The new leader will need to have a clear understanding of this and the ability to develop and execute strategies that will drive growth in those key areas.


      Planning and Implementing Future State Sales Organization/Structure:

        • The new leader will need to evaluate the current sales organization structure and balance that against the company’s revenue goals.  Key areas include:
          • Compensation plan development is a key area that needs to be reviewed and continually updated to drive the sales organization to deliver the results desired by leadership.
          • Org structure should be reviewed and implement a structure that will allow us to achieve financial goals.


        Sales/Marketing Lead Development Thought Leadership

          • The future leader will be key in determining how to increase the number of leads that sales can develop.


          Brand Development

            • This leader will own the company’s branding and ensure it reflects the organization in the market.


            Development of a Formal 360 Advanced Sales Strategy Framework

              • Standardize the methodology by which each sales executive deploys

              DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

              • Knowledge of the following professional services in the areas of SOC 1/SSAE, 16/SAS 70, PCI, HIPAA, ISO 27000, SysTrust / WebTrust, Vendor Privacy Assurance, Data Privacy, Information Security, SOX, Financial Services (FFEIC / FDIC regulated companies
              • Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Marketing, Finance or related field
              • MBA from a reputable full-time or executive program is a plus
              • 5 to 10 years of sales experience
              • Demonstrated entrepreneurial abilities, client focus, industry savvy, and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team
              • Executive presence with client, excellent written and technical skills, and the abillity to effectively coach lesser experienced personnel are a must
              • Team motivator and team leader, with ability to pull projects over the finish line
              • Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic
