The Role

This is a revenue ownership seat, not a counter job. You manage inbound marine parts opportunities from first call to closed order — primarily Caterpillar and Cummins. When a fleet manager calls because a vessel is down, you verify by serial number and CPL, quote fast and accurately, and close. Then you follow up until the revenue is in.

Mix: 60% inbound · 40% outbound · Monday–Friday, on-site in Miami

Daily Performance Targets

• 10+ closed orders per day

• $22,000 daily revenue target

• $2,200+ average order value

• 65% quote-to-close rate

What You’ll Own

• Inbound marine parts opportunities, from first call to closed order

• Direct relationships with fleet managers and commercial repair shops

• Accurate fitment verification via serial numbers and CPLs — you verify, you don’t guess

• Quote-to-close discipline on every opportunity

• Follow-up until revenue is secured — without being asked

• CRM accountability in HubSpot

• Real, hands-on experience with Caterpillar and/or Cummins marine engines — not general familiarity

• Direct support of marine fleet managers or marine repair facilities

• Able to verify marine engine parts from a serial number without guessing

• Comfortable — and effective — spending most of your day on the phone

• You follow up without being told — you understand it’s where revenue is won or lost

• You want your income tied directly to your performance, with no ceiling

Compensation

Base salary plus commission on gross profit. No cap. Monthly payout. Top performers in this exact role are earning $100K+. Your production is your only limit.
