accel bI Corporation is seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis Administrator to support the deployment and ongoing operations of a complex, hybrid-cloud SAP HANA enterprise landscape. This position will be integral to the successful delivery of a high-performance financial management platform for a major state government initiative.

Gross Salary Range - $160K - $165K (Annual)

Key Responsibilities

• Administer SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA 2.0 platforms in hybrid cloud environments

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve performance and integration issues across SAP applications and connected systems

• Design, implement, and manage integrations with external data sources and platforms (REST, SOAP, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Sybase)

• Oversee SAP Cloud Applications and ensure seamless interoperability with on-premise systems

• Lead and mentor small technical teams; coordinate with globally distributed resources

• Support Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Implement performance tuning, high availability strategies, and disaster recovery plans to ensure system resilience 

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (three years of progressive experience per year of education)

• 10+ years of SAP Basis experience, including:

  • SAP HANA 2.0 administration and performance optimization

  • Integration technologies: SDI/SDA, SLT, SAP PI/PO

  • SAP NetWeaver ICM, Gateway Services, OData, iDocs, and RFCs

• Extensive expertise in SAP HANA system monitoring and native HANA troubleshooting

• Proven ability to integrate SAP with external data sources and platforms

• 3+ years of experience with SAP Cloud Applications integrated with on-premise systems

• 3+ years of experience managing and supporting multi-cloud hosted infrastructures

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams and time zones
