We are looking for a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that align with our business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement, enhance, and support CRM functionalities.

The salary range for this role is - Rs 5.5LPA - RS 6.5LPA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including workflows, plugins, Power Automate flows, and custom entities.
  • Customize and extend Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.) based on business requirements.
  • Develop and integrate external systems via APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and Azure services.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Perform data migration, configuration, deployment, and unit testing.
  • Create and maintain documentation including solution designs, technical specifications, and user guides.
  • Ensure solutions comply with security and compliance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing CRM implementations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
  • Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and FetchXML.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools, especially Power Automate and Canvas/Model-driven Apps.
  • Strong knowledge of plugin development, custom workflows, web resources, and CRM SDK.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Familiarity with Dataverse, Dynamics 365 Web API, and OAuth authentication.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certifications: PL-400, MB-910/MB-920, or equivalent.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Exposure to Dynamics 365 CE Portals, Field Service, or Marketing module is a plus.
