We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with strong experience in managing implementations and enhancements of IBM Maximo and the Maximo Application Suite (MAS). This role will lead cross-functional teams across the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of asset management, facilities maintenance, and mobility solutions for enterprise environments.

You will be responsible for project planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and reporting while aligning project outcomes with business goals and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for IBM Maximo / MAS.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, administrators, and vendors.
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions related to:
  • Asset Management (fixed, linear, fleet, rotating)
  • Facilities Maintenance
  • Work Planning & Scheduling
  • Inventory & Materials Management
  • Transportation and Mobility use cases
• Ensure adherence to scope, quality, compliance, and delivery timelines.
• Manage communication with stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Oversee system integrations, testing cycles, user training, and go-live support.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, including at least 2 years leading Maximo or EAM projects.
• Strong knowledge of IBM Maximo and/or Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
• Proven experience delivering projects involving:
  • Asset lifecycle management
  • Facilities & fleet maintenance
  • Inventory management
  • Mobile workforce enablement
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• IBM Maximo certification (Functional or Technical).
• Experience in regulated industries (utilities, transportation, public sector).
• Understanding of ITIL, CMMS, or EAM best practices.
• Experience with cloud-based MAS deployments and integrations.
