We are seeking skilled and motivated professionals with hands-on experience in IBM Maximo and the Maximo Application Suite (MAS) for Maximo Developer role. These individuals will contribute to the implementation, configuration, support, and optimization of Maximo across areas such as asset management, facilities maintenance, transportation, materials and inventory, work planning, and mobility. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize Maximo applications and develop extensions using Java, BIRT, MBOs, and Automation Scripts.
  • Develop and maintain interfaces using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and integration framework.
  • Create custom reports and KPIs aligned with user needs.
  • Support mobility initiatives by developing/maintaining Maximo Mobile or Anywhere apps.
  • Participate in MAS implementations and enhancements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Maximo development experience.
  • Strong programming skills (Java, XML, Python, or JavaScript).
  • Experience with work planning and scheduling configurations.
  • Hands-on with BIRT reporting and Maximo Integration Framework.
  • Exposure to asset management and transportation modules is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IBM Maximo certifications (Functional Analyst, Technical Specialist, etc.).
  • Experience in public sector, utilities, or transportation environments.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, SOX, ISO).
