We are seeking skilled and motivated professionals with hands-on experience in IBM Maximo and the Maximo Application Suite (MAS) for Maximo Administrator role. These individuals will contribute to the implementation, configuration, support, and optimization of Maximo across areas such as asset management, facilities maintenance, transportation, materials and inventory, work planning, and mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
- Manage users, security groups, roles, and access controls.
- Perform Maximo upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Support integrations with GIS, ERP, or IoT platforms as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience as a Maximo Admin or Technical Support role.
- Hands-on experience with MAS deployment and management.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud preferred).
- Working knowledge of materials and inventory modules.
- Scripting experience (e.g., automation scripts, Cron tasks) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IBM Maximo certifications (Functional Analyst, Technical Specialist, etc.).
- Experience in public sector, utilities, or transportation environments.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, SOX, ISO).
