Job Summary
The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing crucial support on new customer installations and existing customer service upgrades. This position involves managing project timelines, resources, and communication, as well as handling key administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a desire to learn project management principles within a fast-paced technology environment.
Responsibilities

Manage the entire project lifecycle for new customer installations and existing customer service upgrades, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers (new and existing), Account Managers, Engineering Team, and NOC throughout the project process.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and dependencies.

Coordinate scheduling of installations and upgrades with customers and internal teams, ensuring minimal disruption and timely completion.

Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges.

Communicate project status updates regularly to all stakeholders, including customers, Account Managers, and internal teams.

Ensure accurate documentation of project progress, including installation/upgrade details, configurations, and customer sign-off.

Conduct post-installation/upgrade reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimize future projects.

Collaborate with the Engineering Team to ensure proper configuration and testing of services.

Work closely with the NOC to coordinate service activation and ongoing support.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes and best practices.
General Administrative Duties

Answer and triage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate team members or departments.

Receive and manage incoming deliveries and packages, ensuring they are logged and distributed to the correct recipients.

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.

Manage office supplies, including ordering and inventory.

Assist with general office organization and upkeep as needed.
Career Track
This position is a training role with a clear career path to Project Manager. We are committed to providing the mentorship, resources, and on-the-job experience necessary to transition into a full-fledged Project Manager role within two to three years.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Experience in an administrative or support role, with strong organizational skills.
