Main Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Advanced Clinical Educator to join our team. The Advanced Clinical Educator will play a pivotal role in providing advanced clinical education and training to healthcare professionals on the effective use of our medical devices. This individual will work remotely while providing live and virtual education, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to developing and delivering educational programs, supporting product launches, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Education and Training:
- Develop and deliver advanced clinical education programs virtually and in-person, tailored to various healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists.
- Provide hands-on training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate healthcare professionals on the optimal use of our medical devices and associated technologies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on product features, functionality, and best practices, demonstrating advanced clinical techniques and applications.
- Product Support and Troubleshooting:
- Offer on-site and remote support to healthcare professionals, assisting with product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and addressing clinical inquiries.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex clinical issues and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Conduct product evaluations and clinical assessments in healthcare settings to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop educational materials, presentations, and tools that support product positioning and market adoption.
- Participate in product development meetings to provide clinical insights and contribute to the enhancement of existing products and the development of new solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Enterprise Account partners, healthcare providers, opinion leaders, and professional organizations, to drive engagement and advocacy.
- Continuous Learning and Development:
- Pursue opportunities for professional growth and development through attendance at conferences, workshops, and training sessions.
- Maintain certifications and credentials relevant to clinical education and the medical device industry, staying abreast of advancements in clinical practice and technology.

Education and Experience (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Bachelors degree in science or allied health, or a related field;
- Clinical experience as a occupational or physical therapist or or occupational or physical therapist assistant, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong background in clinical education and training, with expertise in medical devices, surgical procedures, or relevant therapeutic areas.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex clinical concepts in a clear and engaging manner in person and virtually.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel extensively to healthcare facilities and attend conferences and events as needed.
