Southern California Reproductive Center “SCRC”, a nationally recognized leader in fertility care, is seeking an accomplished Director of Clinical Services (BSN) to lead and advance clinical operations at our flagship Beverly Hills location. This high-impact leadership role is ideal for a seasoned reproductive medicine professional committed to best practices in patient care through strong team dynamics and clinical innovation
Your Impact
As Director of Clinical Services, in partnership with the SCRC Providers, you will shape the clinical vision and day-to-day excellence of our practice—empowering teams, optimizing operations, and ensuring every patient receives extraordinary, evidence-based care.
- Inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing nursing and clinical teams
- Champion a patient-first culture rooted in quality, safety, and compassion
- Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and Operations Leadership to execute strategic initiatives
- Ensure staffing efficiency and productivity, along with providing hands-on clinical coverage when needed
- Develop and implement clinical SOPs, workflow improvements, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Develop and implement clinical budgets.
Requirements and Expectations
- Active California RN license without limitations; BSN required (master’s in health care administration or business preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years progressive leadership responsibilities in an out-patient facility.
- ASRM REI Nurse Certification preferred
- Excellent computer skills – EMR and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communicator – verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated team leadership and operational management skills
- Confidence leading in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team, highly collaborative environment.
- Must be onsight.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $175,000 – $210,000, commensurate with experience
- Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000, paid over the first nine months
- Annual Bonus: 10%, based on established performance metrics
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $7,000 for eligible moving expenses
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, and dental coverage, plus a 401(k) plan with employer match following the applicable waiting period.
