At Southern California Reproductive Center (SCRC), we combine compassionate care with world-class reproductive science to guide patients through every step of their fertility journey. We are seeking a Medical Assistant who shares our commitment to excellence and patient-centered care to join our dedicated clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare exam rooms and assist physicians with procedures such as IUIs, pap smears, hysteroscopies, and endometrial biopsies

  • Obtain and record patient vital signs and medical histories accurately

  • Track and document lab results; follow up with appropriate clinical staff

  • Ensure exam rooms and equipment are clean, stocked, and ready for use

  • Support clinical workflow by prepping patient charts, reviewing labs, and assisting during ultrasounds and other procedures

  • Provide empathetic care and support to patients before, during, and after procedures

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, physicians, and staff

  • Assist with front desk responsibilities, including appointment check-in/out and payment collection when needed

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience as a medical assistant in a fast-paced healthcare environment

  • Experience in women’s health, OB/GYN, or fertility preferred

  • Ability to travel to our Ventura location twice a week

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills

  • Compassionate and professional demeanor with a patient-first mindset

  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving clinical setting

  • Flexible availability, including occasional weekends and holidays
