Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare exam rooms and assist with procedures (IUI, pap smears, biopsies, etc.)

• Take and document vital signs; manage and log lab results

• Maintain medical equipment and ensure stock of supplies

• Support clinical team by preparing charts, reviewing labs, and assisting during procedures

• Provide patient care throughout their visit (pre-, intra-, and post-procedure)

• Communicate effectively with patients and team members

• Perform front desk duties as needed, including payment collection

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced medical setting required

• Women’s health or fertility experience a plus

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Compassionate, professional communicator

• Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends/holidays as needed
