You’ll work with clients representing many industries and work closely with our creative, analytics, and digital marketing teams to develop and execute customized digital marketing campaigns for your assigned clients. You’ll assist in developing digital marketing concepts, and strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, and you’ll analyze campaign performance across multiple channels and present actionable insights. You’ll enjoy doing work that requires creativity, willingness to use and adopt AI, and frequent shifts in direction. You’ll know how to develop project timelines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment using AI when appropriate.

Job Description
General responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Account Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding and anticipating their unique needs and objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of our client's businesses, industries, and competitors to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Develop multi-channel marketing strategies in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools to continuously improve our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement customized digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Thoroughly review data/campaign performance with a keen sense of client expectations and make recommendations to internal teams and clients to further business goals.
- Problem-solve with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Develop meeting agendas, minutes, and action items for your client and internal strategy meetings.
- Facilitate day-to-day communication and provide clarity on assigned projects/tasks between internal team members and clients.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and managing new clients.
- Promote the expansion of business with existing clients and develop new business opportunities with Fruition’s Growth Team.
Required Key Skills and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management within a digital marketing agency.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing client relationships.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) for content creation, campaign optimization, or audience targeting, with a strong willingness to continually adopt emerging AI technologies as part of day-to-day digital marketing strategy and execution.
- Experience developing digital marketing concepts, and strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance across multiple channels and present actionable insights.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in using analytics tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager to track campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance.
- Self-starter approach to work, eager to consistently meet and exceed objectives.
- Communicate professionally and clearly in emails, documents, and meetings.
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, and/or ESPs (MailChimp, Klaviyo, Maropost)
Location Requirements
- Denver-based only
- Ability to work in the Denver, CO office at least 2 days per week.

Salary Range
- $60,000-$80,000 total annual on-target earnings (base salary plus bonus) commensurate with experience, skills, education, tenure, and/or training
