Role Description
We are seeking a creative, organized, and dynamic Marketing and E-commerce Coordinator to support WHEAT’s social media, marketing initiatives, and e-commerce business.
This role is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about social media, content creation, marketing, the digital space, and the fashion industry. You will work across all digital platforms; by executing social media strategies, creating social content, managing digital assets, assisting with e-commerce updates, and supporting brand marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
- Manage and schedule content across social media platforms while ensuring brand consistency
- Support WHEAT’s social media strategy by creating compelling on-brand visual and written content for the website, e-blasts, and social media channels.
- Engage with followers and customers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries
- Manage and organize influencer gifting and partnerships
- Travel as needed to capture and edit content in WHEAT locations
E-commerce
- Support website content updates and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic
- Execute website merchandising by creating relevant collection edits, updating PDP and landing page assets
- Monitor website performance and user behavior using Google Analytics
Digital Marketing & Asset Management
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, social media, email, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze social, email, and digital campaign performance, optimizing for engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Manage and organize all of WHEAT’s assets from brand imagery to photoshoot campaigns
Email Marketing & CRM
- Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement
- Segment email lists and optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Support CRM initiatives, ensuring a personalized and data-driven approach.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across all digital platforms.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, competitor analysis, and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in marketing, social media or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media, e-commerce, and brand marketing
- Proficiency in Instagram, Tik Tok, Google Analytics, Shopify, and email marketing software like Klaviyo
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or Capcut)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Interest and passion for social media and fashion
- Candidates must be available to work at the office at least 3 days per week.
