• We are looking for motivated, creative teenagers to help HNCU design and grow a new Youth Banking Program
• Help us research, brainstorm, and prototype products and services that make banking easier and more engaging for teens and young adults
• Support credit union outreach by working at community events and opening new accounts

Schedule and Compensation

• Duration – 8-12 weeks (over the summer, possibly extending into the new school year)
• Hours – 10-15 hours per week
• Compensation – $15.16 hourly wage

• Teens interested in business, finance, marketing, education, or community service
• Strong communicators willing to share ideas
