We are seeking an Account Support Representative to join our team in Bergen County, NJ!

Job Type: Remote Environment, Territory: New York and New Jersey with primary focus on New Jersey, the Hudson Valley, and NYC.
**Applicants must live within or around the roles assigned territory** 

 

General Accountabilities
The Account Support Representative properly and efficiently performs set-up and pick-up of patient equipment as needed.

· Support the sales team of product to specific region to maximum potential.
· Conduct equipment set-ups, patient support, equipment pick-ups and cleaning within the territory to maximize revenue and efficiency.
· Coordinate paperwork with sales team to maximize billing and collections."
· Contacts and visits patients to help them use the company’s products and services properly.
· Handles queries about company products and services from patients.
· Builds up detailed knowledge about the company's products.
· Provides professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service.
· Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems, and follows up with customers.
· Ensures full customer satisfaction without unnecessarily referring customer to other staff members.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills

· Experience: 3-5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Bi-lingual in Spanish required.
· Bi-lingual in Russian, Cantonese preferred.

· Ability to take initiative and problem solve.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to actively engage in conversations with clients.
· Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner.
· Proficient in the use of a personal computer and corresponding programs.
