Job Summary  

The Wound Care Consultant works with clients and patients in identifying their needs and problems in order to promote appropriate company products and services for the territories of Richmond, Hampton, NOVA, and potentially additional surrounding locations as needed in Virgina. 
 
General Accountabilities
•    Manages and grows existing accounts.
•    Sells additional services to clients.
•    Builds and maintains effective professional relationships with clients.
•    Contacts and visits clients to help them better understand company products and services.
•    Handles queries about company products and services.
•    Builds up detailed knowledge about the company's products.
•    Plans for and attending trade shows to establish new business.
•    Provides customer service to business partners.
•    Educates business partners and end users on company products and services.
•    Provides proactive assistance and support to clients and business partners.
•    Provides professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service.
•    Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers.
•    Ensures full customer satisfaction without unnecessarily referring customer to other staff members.
•    Performs other related duties as assigned. 
 
Qualifications
•    Must reside or willing to relocate Richmond, Hampton, VA or surrounding cities.
•    Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
•    Experience: 3-5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•    Wound Care experience preferred.
•    Medical device sales experience required.
•    Managed Medicaid experience preferred.
•    VA (Veterans Affairs) experience required.
