The Wound Care Consultant works with clients in identifying their needs and problems in order to promote appropriate company products and services. AOTI is looking for a energetic individual to sell in BAY PINES, FL territory. The WCC works with clients in identifying their needs and problems in order to promote appropriate company products and services.

General Accountabilities 

  • Manages and grows existing accounts
  • Sells additional services to clients
  • Builds and maintains effective professional relationships with clients
  • Contacts and visits clients to help them better understand company products and services
  • Handles queries about company products and services
  • Builds up detailed knowledge about the company's products
  • Plans for and attending trade shows to establish new business
  • Provides customer service to business partners
  • Educates business partners and end users on company products and services
  • Provides proactive assistance and supports to clients and business partners
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
  • Provides professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service
  • Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers
  • Ensures full customer satisfaction without unnecessarily referring customer to other staff members
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested Skills

Education 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience

  • 3-5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Wound Care experience preferred
  • Veterans Affairs experience preferred

  • Ability to actively engage in conversations with clients
  • Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner 
  • Proficient in the use of a personal computer and corresponding programs
