Job Summary: We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Receptionist to join our team. This position involves managing front desk operations and providing administrative support to other departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or individuals.

Manage the company’s front desk, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.

Handle mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing them as needed.

Schedule and coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are prepared and organized.

Provide administrative support, managing calendars, meetings, and appointments.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Assist with the preparation and coordination of meetings.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient office operations.

Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.

Proven experience as a receptionist or executive assistant.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and office equipment.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position, Monday through Friday. 8am-5pm. Onsite

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience. $35k-$50k + Bonus Opportunities
