Position Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on ERP Systems Analyst (Contract-to-Hire) to support and coordinate enterprise application initiatives across SAP S/4HANA, Concur, and related finance/procurement systems. This role will work closely with IT, Finance, Procurement, and external implementation partners to support system enhancements, testing, user support, process improvements, and rollout activities to our office in China.
The ideal candidate combines strong organizational and communication skills with functional understanding of ERP and business process workflows. This individual will play a key role in supporting ongoing SAP optimization efforts, SAP and Concur implementation in China, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue coordination, documentation, and operational support as the company scales globally and prepares for future public company readiness initiatives.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term growth within the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
ERP & Enterprise Application Support
- Support ongoing SAP S/4HANA operational and enhancement activities in the areas of Finance, Procurement, and related workflows
- Assist with SAP and Concur China implementation coordination, including tracking tasks, issues, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate business process testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document business processes, and support solution validation
- Help maintain system documentation, process flows, training materials, and support procedures
- Coordinate with external implementation partners, consultants, and vendors
Concur Administration & Coordination
- Support Concur implementation activities, configuration coordination, and post-go-live support
- Assist with expense workflow validation, approval routing, policy setup, and user onboarding
- Coordinate SAP integration processes
- Support issue tracking and end-user support
Project & Operational Coordination
- Track project milestones, action items, testing progress, and implementation deliverables
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between IT, Finance, Procurement, and business teams
- Help coordinate cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live support activities
- Monitor open issues and help drive timely resolution
- Support change management and end-user training initiatives
Process Improvement & Controls
- Assist with identifying opportunities for process standardization and operational efficiency
- Support documentation and evidence collection related to IT controls and audit readiness initiatives
- Help improve support processes, change management tracking, and operational governance
Qualification Requirements
Required
· 4+ years of experience supporting ERP, finance systems, or enterprise applications
· Experience coordinating business process testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
· Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
· Experience working with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, or Operations teams
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools
· Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
Preferred
· Experience with SAP S/4HANA
· Experience with SAP Concur
· Experience supporting ERP implementations or global rollouts
· Familiarity with procurement-to-pay (P2P), expense management, or financial workflows
· Experience with Disaster Recovery test and IT Change Management process.
· Experience working in regulated industries such as biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare
· Understanding of IT controls, audit readiness, or SOX-related processes
· Experience with ticketing/project management tools
