We design and deploy compute, storage, networking, and services for clients who need infrastructure at significant scale, driving those economies of scale to benefit our service provider and enterprise clients. We consult with our client on a variety of cloud migration and transformation efforts, and assist them in making the most of cloud infrastructure with a variety of managed services.

Position Description:

The ideal candidate must be a natural facilitator, communicator, and client advocate. We will rely on your expertise ensuring timelines for client project delivery as set and met, constraints and roadblocks well-understood and clearly communicated, and clients are continuously informed and updated.

Principle Activities

  • Develop and carry out project plans with a continual feedback loop of changing needs and requirements

  • Coordinate necessary resources, individuals and tasks critical to project timelines, and clearly document expectations for stakeholders

  • Communicate early and often on progress and/or limiting constraints

  • Employ PMI industry best practices, methodologies, and tools to ensure on time delivery of milestones

  • Mitigate and manage risks to timelines, resolving issues in a timely manner

  • Liaise between various internal and external project stakeholders; including management, employees, clients, and vendors

  • Keep abreast of standard Project Management best practices, pursuing continual education opportunities


  • Activities are highly visible and paramount to customer satisfaction

  • Breadth of technologies supported - virtualization, networking, storage, cloud

  • Operationally demanding schedule with occasional after-hours duties

Required Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of project management experience at an IT service provider or related industry

  • PMP Certified

  • Development and management of operational processes around project management

  • World-class customer service skills

  • Self-starter with a history of excellent communication and time management skills

  • Understanding of Information Technology concepts including network, compute, and storage

  • History of project management and development of operational process

  • Strong conflict resolution skills

  • High School Diploma
