Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Solutions Specialist to join our team. You will play a critical role in securing new business opportunities by contributing to compelling RFP responses and crafting impactful demos for prospective healthcare payers and providers. You will work collaboratively across sales, partnerships, and other internal teams to ensure our solutions effectively address challenges in achieving payment accuracy within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team and internal specialists to develop comprehensive and persuasive RFP responses tailored to the specific needs of healthcare payers and providers facing payment accuracy challenges.
- Research and analyze competitor offerings to ensure our RFP responses highlight the unique value proposition of our healthcare payment accuracy solutions.
- Conduct impactful and innovative customer demos with a focus on Healthcare Payment Integrity solutions addressing payment accuracy and ROI goals.
- Partner with cross-functional departments to develop compelling demo presentations that showcase the value proposition and capabilities of Codoxo’s suite of healthcare payment integrity solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a seamless and effective demonstration experience.
- Manages the coordination and timely completion of RFPs, RFIs and DDQs – including compiling existing language, creating new language as needed, and reviewing documents to ensure high quality, error-free final responses.
- Builds a thorough understanding of the Codoxo's products, partners, and strategy to facilitate the accurate and consistent creation of proposals.
- Provide ongoing support and expertise to sales representatives during the sales cycle, including product training specific to Codoxo’s payment integrity solutions and developing customer presentations tailored to healthcare audiences.
- Leverage your understanding of healthcare payment integrity, coding practices, and industry best practices to craft solutions that address overpayments, improper coding, and other factors impacting payment accuracy.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in healthcare payment accuracy, including regulatory changes, emerging technologies, and best practices for reducing payment errors.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities within the healthcare sector and contribute insights to refine our sales and marketing strategies.
- Research and propose innovative solutions to address evolving challenges in achieving payment accuracy within the healthcare landscape.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in payment integrity services with proven experience in developing compelling and data driven content for RFPs or proposals.
- Prior experience with leading customer demo’s, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences, including healthcare executives.
- A strong understanding of healthcare payment systems and factors impacting accuracy preferred.
- Experience with clinical coding or certification, knowledge of DRG coding, hospital based auditing, and professional claims payment integrity auditing is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation in the healthcare payment accuracy space.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Responsive (RFPIO), Sales Force, or other CRM and RFP software solutions. Knowledge of healthcare-specific software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or demonstrable work experience.
